What's up After it Tribe. Here is the sweet and simple gist of After it Challenges. Every month we are going to start putting out some challenges at the studio for you to participate in. These challenges will vary widely, using one or a combination of fitness tools and techniques. The challenges should be relatively short, usually taking no more than 10 minutes to complete, but it will absolutely challenge your strength and performance over that given time.
We want to encourage both guests and current members to come in to the studio and complete the challenges to the best of their ability. We will be featuring challenges multiple times, that way you have the opportunity to beat your last personal best score/time.
For each challenge we have listed, we will allow you or guests to come in and try it out our current challenge with a trainer to make sure you are doing every repetition correctly and record your score.
