In the 3 days leading up to the strength challenge we recommend:

  • Light to Medium weight training workouts

    • We will not be doing any heavy lifting on the Monday and Tuesday of the Testing week

  • TribeFit Classes Monday & Tuesday will focus on

    • light weight cross-training

    • core work

    • mobility

    • stretching

  • Some good recovery options

    • cryotherapy

    • massage

    • Sleep!
